Davianna moved to Bainbridge Island in 2010 and graduated from BHS in 2011. She then attended Western Washington University and acquired a B.S. in Kinesiology (2015), with a concentration in pre-physical therapy.
Having played basketball for multiple years as first-team all-conference (5A) in Colorado, and running track in high school, Davianna has a great passion and respect for all types of sports. She enjoyed coaching youth basketball and skill session camps from 2008 to 2018, including NK Drive Basketball (2016-2018) & St. Cecilia Catholic School (2017-2018). Her interest in health and fitness grew with the opportunity to gain more experience in Pilates, Cardiac Conditioning, and Senior Fitness during her time working at Kitsap Physical Therapy (2015-2017) and Bainbridge Island Physical Therapy (2017-2018).
Since coming to DaVinci Physical Therapy in 2018, Davianna completed her comprehensive certification and is a Pilates Instructor trained in Mat, Reformer, Trapeze, Chair, and Barrels through Balanced Body. Primarily focusing on private sessions with the equipment, she takes a particular interest in proper biomechanics, functional movement, injury prevention, sports specific training, and maintenance program’s following physical therapy. Pilates is a fantastic, low impact form of training, great for supplementing any exercise program, and suitable for all ages/fitness levels.
Outside of the clinic, Davianna enjoys hiking, camping, basketball, golf, yoga, rockhounding and long walks with her 160 lb Great Dane!
