A Bainbridge Island resident from early childhood through high school, Angie returned to the area permanently after receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. Her academic preparation in the fields of engineering at the University of Virginia and biology at Whitman College provided her a comprehensive background in the scientific and biomechanical principles fundamental to the study of physical therapy.
Realizing the importance of the broad spectrum of skills vital to successful service to her clients, Angie has completed further training in manual therapy and rehabilitation as well as Pilates. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor and enjoys training others in personal conditioning and biomechanics, both in individual and group fitness settings.
Foremost, Angie enjoys getting to know others on a personal level. She describes herself as both a student and teacher of biomechanics and aims to help others learn to take care of their bodies and their health. Her client populations include adolescent athletes, senior gardeners and everyone in between. She loves restoring those with musculoskeletal injuries back to strength and pain-free function.
